石刁柏(Asparagus officinalis I.)又称芦笋,近年来种植面积已迅速发展,并已加工罐头出口,一般亩产值千元.但由于茎枯病严重,有的株发病率高达60~70%,造成枯死,缺株,甚至全田毁灭,直接影响经济收入.为此,我们对感病期、防治适期、用药次数及杀菌剂田间防效比较等进行了研究.(一)笋芽出土后不同伸长期的感病度试验分别在网室和田间进行,待笋芽出土用硫酸纸套住笋株(芽),按笋芽不同伸长期用120倍每视30个分生孢子悬浮液人工喷雾接种,保湿24小时,每处理10株.两地试验表明,笋芽出土后当天至25天接种,潜育期差异不大.14天后检查,不同伸长期接种后发病程度差异显著,其中当天、5天处理的发病最重
