一、前言 离子交换色谱在许多领域都得到了广泛的应用。但它的最大缺点是分离速度慢,分离时间往往长达几十个小时。怎样提高其分离速度,多年来一直是色谱工作者研究的重要课题。六十年代中期出现了高压离子交换色谱,它是在经典离子交换色谱基础上发展起来的一个新的分离分析技术,从而使古老的离子交换色谱面目为之一新。由于高压离子交换色谱具有快速、高效、操作简便等特点,因而它的发展很迅速,目前已经广泛地应用于许多领域,在许多性质相似或成份复杂的样品的分离分析上发挥了令人瞩目的作用。
I. Introduction Ion exchange chromatography has been widely used in many fields. But its biggest drawback is the separation speed is slow, the separation time is often up to dozens of hours. How to improve the speed of its separation has been an important topic for chromatographers for many years. High pressure ion exchange chromatography appeared in the mid-1960s. It is a new separation and analysis technique developed on the basis of classical ion exchange chromatography, making the old ion exchange chromatography one of the newest. Due to its rapid, efficient and easy-to-use operation, high-pressure ion exchange chromatography has been developed rapidly and has been used in many fields so far. It has made remarkable achievements in the separation and analysis of many samples of similar or complex composition effect.
