铁蛋白是一种由多个亚基组成的储铁蛋白,广泛存在于各种动植物、微生物细胞中,它能够清除自由铁并消耗氧气,从而保护细胞免受氧化损伤。血清铁蛋白可反映体内铁存储量及机体的营养状态,是判定体内铁代谢异常的可靠指标。此外,铁蛋白在肝脏疾病的发生、发展中起到重要作用,可作为肝脏疾病诊断的一个重要参考指标。因此,研究铁蛋白结构、功能,不仅有助于揭示肝脏疾病的发病机制,对其特异性诊断、疗效观察、预后判断也具有重要的临床意义。“,”Ferritin,composed of several subunits,is an iron storage protein.It is widely distributed in various kinds of animals,plants and microorganisms,and its consumption of both iron and oxygen accounts for protecting the cells from oxidative damage .Serum ferritin reflects the iron storage and nutritional situation of the body.It is also a reliable indicator of the abnormal iron metabolism in vivo.Furthermore,ferritin plays a great role in the development of liver disease ,which also can be used as an important marker for the diagnosis of liver diseases.Studying the structure and functions of ferritin not merely helps to reveal the pathogenesis of liver disease,but is also of great clinical significance for the specific diagnosis,observation of curative effect and prognosis of the patients.
