低恶度的卵巢肿瘤占全部上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的7.5％～15％。文献中有很多关于其组织学特性的报道,但是对其临床处理和预后的意见有较多分歧。有作者分析953例低恶度浆液性肿瘤病人的资料,发现Ⅰ期和进展期均有较高生存率,分别为99％和92％,因此认为对低恶度浆液性肿瘤可采取保守性治疗,本组31例Ⅰ期浆液性肿瘤中仅1例(3％)复发,无1例因肿瘤死亡。 有报道DNA流式细胞检测能预测侵袭
