在教育事业不断革新发展的当今时代背景下,于人才的培养需求方面上,两创概念的提出,明确了新型的发展方向。鉴于此,对于高校旅游专业人才培养目标而言,也应该作出积极的调整,转变观念,即实现应用型的定位逐渐的转变为创新型以及复合型。同时,对于新型人才也作出了更高的要求标准,即应该具备更加丰富的知识结构、更精深的研究以及综合性的素质拓展能力等。而作为旅游教学体系中的分支构成,旅游实践教学能够良好的培养学生创新能力以及实践能力,实施的意义巨大。本文针对高等院校旅游教育全程实践教学体系的构建以及思考进行分析,进而为提升我国的旅游教育事业质量提供有价值的理论参考。
Under the current background of continuous innovation and development of education, the concept of “two innovations” has been clarified in the direction of developing new talents in terms of training needs. In view of this, for tourism professionals training objectives in universities, it should also make a positive adjustment, change the concept, that is, the gradual transformation of the application-oriented positioning into an innovative and complex. At the same time, new talent has also made a higher standard of requirements, that is, should have a richer knowledge structure, more sophisticated research and comprehensive quality of development capabilities. As a branch of tourism teaching system, tourism practice teaching can cultivate students’ innovative ability and practical ability well, and the implementation is of great significance. This article analyzes the construction and thinking of the practical teaching system of tourism education in colleges and universities, and then provides a valuable theoretical reference for improving the quality of tourism education in our country.
