建立测定妇炎康片中丹参素钠含量的高效液相色谱方法。采用Waters Symmetry C_(18)色谱柱(3.9mm×150mm,粒径5μm);乙腈-0.15%磷酸溶液(3:97,V/V)为流动相,检测波长280nm,流速:1mL/min;柱温为25 C。丹参素钠的回归方程为y=7.4413X 10~5x+1.599×10~4,相关系数r=0.9996,线性范围为0.1008—0.2688mg/mL。平均回收率为97.96%,RSD为0.95%。该法操作简单、精密度高、重复性好、检测快速、定量准确,可用于妇炎康浓缩丸的质量控制。
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of sodium danshensu in Fuyankang tablet.
