利用~(14)C示踪法研究了春小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)籽粒灌浆期旗叶同化物在源端装入的昼夜变化。研究表明,中8502、中8904、克74-202各品种旗叶~(14)C-同化物输出非常迅速,且昼夜输出。在标记后24h内,可输出70%左右。运转周期表现为1d。9∶00饲喂旗叶处理的~(14)C-同化物运转速率快于14∶00饲喂处理。旗叶同化物主要以蔗糖的形式输出,而非可溶性糖(包括淀粉)在旗叶同化物的运转中所起的作用甚微。各品种间旗叶同化物的昼夜运转没有显著差异。
The ~ (14) C tracer method was used to study the diurnal variation of the incorporation of flag leaf assimilates at the grain-filling stage in spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). The results showed that the output of flag leaf ~ (14) C-assimilate in 8502, middle 8904, and gram 74-202 varieties was very fast and was output day and night. In the mark within 24h, can output about 70%. Operating cycle performance for 1d. The rate of ~ (14) C-assimilate processing at flag leaf feeding at 9:00 was faster than at 14:00 feeding. Flag leaf compounds are mainly exported in the form of sucrose, while non-soluble sugars, including starch, play only a minor role in the operation of flag leaf assimilates. There was no significant difference in day-night operation of flag leaf assimilates among the varieties.
