髓母细胞瘤是发生于小脑的原始神经外胚层肿瘤,是恶性度最高的神经上皮肿瘤之一。传统治疗主要包括肿瘤切除、放疗及化疗,但髓母细胞瘤侵袭性强,术后复发率高。Hedgehog是一高度保守的细胞信号通路,被认为是肿瘤治疗的一个重要靶点。研究证实该通路在髓母细胞瘤中异常活化,本文就Hedgehog通路靶向治疗髓母细胞瘤的研究进展进行综述。 Medulloblastoma is a primitive neuroectodermal tumor that occurs in the cerebellum and is one of the most malignant neuroepithelial tumors. Traditional treatment include tumor resection, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but the aggressive medulloblastoma, postoperative recurrence rate. Hedgehog is a highly conserved cellular signaling pathway that has been identified as an important target for tumor therapy. Studies confirm that the pathway is abnormally activated in medulloblastoma. This review summarizes the research progress of targeting Hedgehog pathway in the treatment of medulloblastoma.
