帽形加筋壁板具有高比强度、高比刚度、良好的可设计性等优点,在航空航天、能源交通、海洋工程、医疗、建筑、机械等工程领域得到了广泛应用。本文分析了固化工艺参数(固化温度、固化压力、降温速率)对帽形加筋壁板固化变形的基本规律,在深入研究预浸料固化动力学的基础上建立了帽形加筋壁板固化变形的理论模型。通过实验对该模型进行了验证和修正,修正后的理论模型与实际变形量具有较好的一致性。
Hat stiffened panels have the advantages of high specific strength, high specific stiffness and good designability. They are widely used in the field of aerospace, energy transportation, marine engineering, medical treatment, construction and mechanical engineering. In this paper, the basic rules of the curing deformation of the hat stiffened panel are analyzed. The curing process of the hat stiffened panel is studied based on the curing kinetics of the prepreg, Deformation of the theoretical model. The model is validated and corrected through experiments. The corrected theoretical model is in good agreement with the actual deformation.
