直接暴露在自然环境中的铝合金桥面板,对其耐久性能特别是耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能的要求很高,目前国内尚未见到相关的试验研究。本文通过对天津海河蚌埠桥铝合金桥面板进行耐磨试验研究,总结提出了一套可行的试验方法,并对其耐磨寿命进行了评估。铝合金桥面板耐磨试验采用材料磨损试验标准试件进行线摩擦,寿命评估是通过本文建立的评估模型计算得到桥面板防滑棱的耐磨寿命。试验结果表明,天津海河蚌埠桥铝合金桥面板的耐磨性能良好,耐磨寿命满足工程要求。本文提出的耐磨试验方法对今后的工程研究有一定的指导意义,试验结论也有利于促进铝合金材料在桥梁结构中更广泛的应用。
Directly exposed in the natural environment of the aluminum bridge deck, its durability, especially wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the demanding, at present, the country has not yet seen the relevant experimental study. In this paper, we carried out wear-resistant test research on aluminum alloy bridge deck of Bengbu Bridge in Haihe River, Tianjin, concluded a set of feasible test methods and evaluated its wear life. The wear test of the aluminum alloy bridge panel adopts the standard specimen of the material wear test for the line friction. The life assessment is to calculate the wear life of the non-slip edge of the bridge panel through the evaluation model established in this paper. The test results show that the wear resistance of aluminum alloy bridge deck of Bengbu Bridge in Haihe River, Tianjin, good wear life to meet the engineering requirements. The wear resistance test method proposed in this paper is of guiding significance for future engineering research. The conclusion of the experiment is also conducive to promoting the wider application of aluminum alloy materials in bridge structures.
