随着职业教育的不断发展以及企业职业岗位对人才能力的不断提高,传统的职业教育培养人才已经无法满足企业对人才的技能要求。所以,在国家教育的指导下,将职业大赛作为一种新的推动中职教学改革的方式,它不仅检验学生的技能水平,还对学校的师资队伍建设提出了更高的要求,同时也为与企业合作构建良好的合作关系奠定基础。本文结合实践,就技能大赛推动中职电子专业教学改革进行了探讨。
With the continuous development of vocational education and continuous improvement of the personnel positions in the vocational posts, the traditional vocational education personnel have been unable to meet the technical requirements of the enterprises. Therefore, under the guidance of national education, the vocational competition is regarded as a new way to promote the reform of vocational education. It not only tests students’ skills but also puts forward higher requirements for the construction of teaching staff in schools. And enterprises to establish good relations of cooperation to lay the foundation. In this paper, practice, to promote the skills competition in secondary vocational education reform was discussed.
