当前我国的钢铁企业进场铁合金原料仍以人工取样为主,但是人工取样存在主观影响大,取样标准不一致的情况,从而导致铁合金质量检验准确度不高。因此,机械取样机逐渐走向自动化,钢铁企业运用机械自动取样机取样,不仅提升取样代表性,在铁合金质量检验中也会更加客观。本文正是采用组批以及监控的形式对于袋装铁合金的质量检测的过程进行分析以及优化,从而通过这一系列的措施对取样效果进行检测,不断提升铁合金的质量检验水平。

This paper analyzes and optimizes the process of quality inspection of bagged ferroalloy in the form of group batch and monitoring. Through this series of measures, the sampling effect is detected and the quality inspection of ferroalloy is continuously promoted.
