为了研究中美两国混凝土结构设计规范可靠度水平的差异,对比分析了中国混凝土结构规范GB50010—2010和美国混凝土结构规范ACI 318-11中关于混凝土受弯、受剪等承载力设计公式。首先讨论并建立新的比较标准。其次通过搜集国内外关于受弯构件和受剪构件的试验数据,根据材料强度换算关系,分析得到关于受弯、受剪承载力公式的计算模式不确定系数的统计参数。最后在确定材料不确定性、几何不确定性以及荷载的统计规律后,运用一次二阶矩法对混凝土构件受弯与受剪进行了可靠指标的分析。计算结果显示美国规范可靠度水平高于中国规范。
In order to study the difference of the reliability of design rules of concrete structures between China and the United States, the design formulas of the bearing capacity of concrete such as bending and shear are compared and analyzed in GB50010-2010 and ACI 318-11 of China Concrete Structure Code. First discuss and establish new comparative standards. Second, by collecting the test data of flexural members and shear members both at home and abroad, the statistical parameters of the uncertainties of calculation modes of flexural and shear capacity formulas are obtained according to the relationship of material strength conversion. Finally, after determining the material uncertainty, geometric uncertainty and statistical law of load, a second order moment method was used to analyze the flexural and shear properties of concrete members. The calculation shows that the standard reliability of the United States is higher than that of China.
