从广西金芽、四川阿西所属的三个金矿区采集了土壤样品55份,采用选择性培养基从10~(-2)稀释度的平皿中分离到阳性菌739株,从中挑取11株,其分出率为1.5%,并对分离株进行了光镜和电镜形态学观察,其大小为1~1.4×2.5~3.5μm;芽孢椭圆形.中生,没有孢囊和伴孢晶体,并对11株分离株的生理生化特性进行了测定,结果表明,除C_(17)分离株V、P反应阴性有待进一步分析外,其余10株都与标准株完全相同,因此,应归属芽孢杆菌属蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacilluscereus).
55 soil samples were collected from three gold mining areas in Jinya, Sichuan and Asi, Sichuan Province. 739 strains of positive bacteria were isolated from 10 ~ (-2) dilution plates using selective medium, and 11 Strain, the rate of 1.5%, and the isolates were observed by light and electron microscopy Morphology, the size of 1 ~ 1.4 × 2.5 ~ 3.5μm; spore oval. There were no cysts and sporozoites in Zhongsheng, and the physiological and biochemical characteristics of 11 isolates were tested. The results showed that the negative reaction of V and P of C_ (17) isolates should be further analyzed. The standard strain is exactly the same, therefore, should be vested in Bacillus cereus (Bacilluscereus).
