2013年冬春,云南省楚雄市继2009年来连续出现了严重的干旱灾害,此次旱情持续时间长、影响范围广、危害程度大,对农业影响尤为严重。基于此,分析此次旱情出现的原因和对农业生产的影响,以及气象部门如何针对旱情做好气象服务及农事建议。 In the winter and spring of 2013, a serious drought disaster successively occurred in Chuxiong City of Yunnan Province since 2009. This drought lasts long, has a wide range of impacts, has a great harm and has a particularly serious impact on agriculture.
