四届区政协履职以来,始终关注委员履职成效,将工作出发点放在为委员履职创造条件上,将工作落脚点放在助推区域改革发展上。经探索与实践,不断创新履职形式,为委员参政搭建五个平台,实现高效对接。第一个平台是:搭建委员与政府职能部门交流平台,实现各专委会委员与各职能部门领导高效对接。每年区政协全会前,组织召开区政协与政府职能部门工作对接会,以专委会为单位,本着对口的原则,分别听取政府各职能部门本年度重点 Since the CPPCC has performed its duties, the CPPCC has always paid close attention to the effectiveness of its members in discharging their duties, setting the starting point for work as creating conditions for members to fulfill their duties and focusing their efforts on reform and development in the region.
