从国外经济发达国家城市客运交通发展的经验教训；我国城市公共交通的现状分析和我国城市快速轨道交通系统的必要性研究中，笔者认为，在我国特大城市，应建立以快速轨道交通为骨干的综合公共交通体系．文章还对轨道交通的路网规划和线路规划进行了探讨．
From the experience and lessons of urban passenger transport development in economically developed countries abroad, the current situation of urban public transport in our country and the necessity of urban rapid rail transit system in our country, I believe that in the mega-cities of our country, the rapid rail transit should be established as the backbone Integrated public transport system. The article also discusses the rail network planning and circuit planning.
