中国的“大国崛起”带动了中国媒体的日渐强大。然而,随着全球传播领域的全新变革,尤其是网民结构从“前25亿”向“后25亿”转变,单向传递、我说你听的对外传播模式日渐不合时宜。本文提出,现在必须把“新闻舆论”工作作为我国外宣领域当前亟待加强的着力点和中心工作,以“战略传播”和“议题管理”新思维开创对外舆论工作新格局,用中式的“和谐”“中庸”“天下”等思维理念代替“西方”与“东方”的二元对立,建构“中式全球化”全球信息传播格局。
China’s “Rise of Great Powers” has driven the Chinese media to become increasingly powerful. However, with the new changes in the field of global communications, especially the changes in the structure of Internet users from “the first 2.5 billion ” to “the post-2.5 billion ”, I think the mode of external communications you listen to is getting outdated. This paper argues that we must now regard the work of “news media” as the focal point and center for urgent efforts in the field of publicity in our country and create a new pattern of external media work based on the new ideas of “strategic communication” and “issue management” To replace the binary opposition between “West” and “East” with the thinking concepts of “harmony”, “moderation” and “world” in order to construct the “Globalization of China” global information dissemination pattern.
