中国石油天然气总公司的重点科技攻关项目——数字超声电视测井系统已由华中理工大学电子与信息工程系和华北石油测井公司联合研制成功。该项目被列为我国石油科技“七·五”科研项目1989年所取得的十项重大成果之一,并于1990年元月在华北通过中国石油天然气总公司组织的专家评审鉴定。该系统由井下数据采集系统(包括井下仪器、车内数据记录、显示、实时处理、出图),室内数据回放和微机图象处理三部分组成。研究的目的是用于石油勘探测井。在裸眼井中用于识别岩层孔洞、裂缝特性、井眼几何形状测量、地层及裂缝的走向与视倾角测量、井温测量,并可根据井壁图象特性定性区分岩性等;在套管井中可用于精确测量套管内径、套管腐蚀、破裂、射孔及套管接箍等。
China National Petroleum Corporation’s key scientific and technological project - Digital Ultrasound TV logging system has been Huazhong University of Science and Technology Department of Electronics and Information Engineering and North China Petroleum Logging Company jointly developed. This project was listed as one of the 10 major achievements made in the “July 5” scientific research project of China’s petroleum science and technology in 1989 and was appraised by experts organized by China National Petroleum Corporation in North China in January 1990. The system consists of downhole data acquisition system (including downhole equipment, vehicle data recording, display, real-time processing, plotting), indoor data playback and computer image processing of three parts. The purpose of the study is for oil exploration logging. In open-hole wells, it is used to identify rock holes, fracture characteristics, geometric shapes of boreholes, strike and dip of strata and fractures, apparent dip measurements, and qualitatively discriminate lithologies according to borehole image features. In cased holes Can be used to accurately measure the casing diameter, casing corrosion, rupture, perforating and casing coupling.
