目的探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)模式在中职院校护理综合实训教学中应用的可行性。方法方便性抽样某中职院校2011级护理专业两个班为研究对象,护理一班53人作为实验组,护理二班52人作为对照组;实验组采用OSCE模式教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,比较两组护生的考核成绩。结果理论成绩:实验组为(87.72±7.60)分,对照组为(80.80±10.02)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.97,P<0.05);技能成绩:实验组为(89.41±6.18)分,对照组为(84.87±11.05)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.59,P<0.05)。实验组护生对教学效果的评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 OSCE模式教学有助于培养护生的综合能力,缩短护理理论与临床实践的距离,在国内中职护理教育中有待进一步完善和推广。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in nursing comprehensive training in vocational colleges. Method Convenience Sampling two classes of 2011 nursing specialty in a secondary vocational school as the research object, nursing a group of 53 as experimental group and nursing class of 52 as a control group; experimental group using the OSCE model teaching method, the control group using the traditional Teaching method, comparing the examination results of two groups of nursing students. Results: The experimental results were as follows: (87.72 ± 7.60) in the experimental group and (80.80 ± 10.02) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t = 3.97, P <0.05) (84.87 ± 11.05) points, the difference was statistically significant (t = 2.59, P <0.05). The experimental group nursing students evaluation of teaching effectiveness than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion OSCE mode teaching helps to develop the comprehensive ability of nursing students, shorten the distance between nursing theory and clinical practice, and needs to be further perfected and popularized in secondary vocational nursing education in China.
