目的:分析山东平邑金银花3个品系的遗传信息和绿原酸含量,为金银花品系的研究开发提供科学数据。方法:运用RAPD分析技术和HPLC方法采集数据。结果 :金银花3种品系的RAPD遗传距离结果是:新品种与鸡爪花的遗传距离较近,在聚类分支图上归为一类;毛花与鸡爪花的遗传距离稍远。绿原酸含量结果 :毛花品系>新品种>鸡爪花品系。结论:山东平邑金银花的新品种从遗传距离上分析与鸡爪花品系的亲缘关系较近,与毛花品系的稍远;新品种的绿原酸含量介于毛花品系与鸡爪花品系之间。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the genetic information and chlorogenic acid content of three strains of honeysuckle in Pingyi, Shandong Province, and to provide scientific data for the research and development of honeysuckle strains. Methods: Data were collected using RAPD analysis and HPLC methods. Results: The results of RAPD genetic distance of the three strains of honeysuckle showed that the genetic distance of the new breed was close to that of the chicken claw, which was classified into one category on the cluster branch map. The genetic distance between the breed and the chicken claw was slightly longer. Chlorogenic acid content results: wool products> new varieties> chicken claw flower lines. Conclusion: The new breed of Pingyin honeysuckle in Shandong Province has a closer genetic relationship with the chicken claw flower lineage than the Maohua breed line, and the chlorogenic acid content of the new breed is similar to that of the chicken breed between.
