对拖拉机悬挂式喷雾器产生滴漏的原因进行了试验分析,根据流体力学二相流理论提出了在喷雾器的输液管路中加入高压空气解决滴漏问题的新方法,设计出可利用管路压力自动控制加气的喷雾阀。试验结果表明,该方法在液体压力较低时能保证喷雾器雾化良好。
Based on the theory of two-phase flow in fluid mechanics, a new method of adding high-pressure air to solve the dribbling problem was put forward in this paper, Gas spray valve. The experimental results show that this method can ensure good atomization of the atomizer when the liquid pressure is low.
