目的了解龙湾区市售即食食品中金黄色葡萄球菌的污染状况。方法对2013年龙湾区4类销售点的2类即食食品进行金黄色葡萄球菌的分离培养和鉴定,并对数据进行汇总分析。结果 400份2类样品中检出金黄色葡萄球菌31株,检出率为7.75%。不同即食食品中检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.286,P>0.05);各季度检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.938,P<0.05),以第三季度检出率最高为14.00%;销售点间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.333,P<0.05),以农贸市场的检出率最高为11.50%。结论龙湾区市售即食食品存在广泛的金黄色葡萄球菌污染,时间上以第三季度检出率最高,地点上以农贸市场检出率最高,应进一步提高食品卫生意识并加强第三季度农贸市场的食品卫生安全监管。
Objective To understand the pollution status of Staphylococcus aureus in commercially available ready-to-eat foods in Longwan District. Methods Staphylococcus aureus was isolated and identified from two types of ready-to-eat foodstuffs at four types of outlets in Longwan District in 2013. The data were summarized and analyzed. Results 31 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were detected in 400 samples of type 2, the detection rate was 7.75%. There was no significant difference in the detection rate among different ready-to-eat foods (χ2 = 0.286, P> 0.05). The detection rates in each quarter were significantly different (χ2 = 7.938, P <0.05) 14.00%. The difference between the sales points was statistically significant (χ2 = 8.333, P <0.05). The highest detection rate in the farmers market was 11.50%. Conclusion There are a wide range of contaminated Staphylococcus aureus on the market for ready-to-eat foods in Longwan District. The detection rate is the highest in the third quarter and the highest rate in the farmer’s market. The awareness of food hygiene should be further improved and the third-quarter farmer’s market strengthened Food hygiene and safety supervision.
