Objective: To observe the effects of antutibolic particles on serum levels of NO, TNFα and IL-1 in rats with adjuvant arthritis (AA). Methods: The model of rat RA was made. After treatment with ant-triptolide particles, the contents of NO, TNFα and IL-1 in serum were detected. Results: Compared with the model group, the levels of NO, TNFα and IL-1 in sera of adjuvant arthritis rats were significantly increased, and the levels of NO, TNFα and IL-1 in sera of patients with adjuvant arthritis were significantly increased. CONCLUSION: The antislipia granules can significantly regulate the abnormal increase of NO, TNFα and IL-1 in the serum of adjuvant arthritis rats, and this regulation may be the main effect of the antutillion paralysis granules in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis One of the mechanisms.
