探讨了打磨曲线外轨轨肩部位对车辆低速运行发生爬轨的影响。车辆曲线通过模拟结果表明,曲线半径和打磨范围是影响去除钢轨粗糙裂纹的2个重要因素,去除钢轨粗糙裂纹对提高轨道安全性和降低维修费用有益。
The effect of the shoulder position of the outer rail shoulder on the creeping of the vehicle at low speed is discussed. The simulation results of the vehicle curve show that the curve radius and the grinding range are two important factors that affect the rough crack of the rail. The removal of the rough crack of the rail is helpful to improve the track safety and reduce the maintenance cost.
