目的研究和讨论保留眼睑皮下静脉的切开法重睑术在临床上的实际疗效。方法摘取长春市蓝天医疗美容门诊部自2009年至今的112例保留皮下静脉的切开法重睑术患者的手术资料为标本进行研究探讨,通过分析和讨论来讲述保留皮下静脉的切开法重睑术的优劣。结果 112例患者均能顺利完成手术,而且术后随访中不存在因为保留皮下静脉而引起并发症后遗症的情况出现。结论保留皮下静脉的切开法重睑术对于与术者的技术要求较为严苛,需要丰富的眼外科临床经验。和传统的切开法相比,保留皮下静脉的切开法重睑术具有术后消肿快,手术痕迹不明显,并发症后遗症少等优点。 Objective To study and discuss the clinical efficacy of the eyelid incision to retain the subcutaneous vein of the eyelid.
