以海洋皇马铃型银杏种子(GingkobilobaL.)为研究对象,研究了蔗糖脂肪酸酯、乳化石蜡、乳化川蜡、淀粉和虫胶等膜剂对银杏种子贮藏效果及贮藏生理的影响;对贮藏期间细胞膜透性,α-淀粉酶活性、β-淀粉酶活性、浮水率、硬化率、霉变率及失重率等指标进行了测定。结果表明:3%的乳化川蜡加入1%乳化石蜡并以0.3%虫胶为助剂是银杏种子较为合适的贮前涂膜处理方法。
The effects of sucrose fatty acid ester, emulsified paraffin, emulsified paraffin wax, starch and shellac on the storage and storage physiology of Ginkgo biloba seeds were studied with Gingko biloba L. as the research object. Cell membrane permeability, α-amylase activity, β-amylase activity, floating rate, sclerosis rate, mildew rate and weight loss rate were measured. The results showed that adding 3% emulsified paraffin wax with 1% emulsified paraffin wax and 0.3% shellac as auxiliary was the suitable pre-storage film treatment method for ginkgo seeds.
