随着国营企业用工制度的改革,大批的农民轮换工涌入矿山。从事苦、累、险的工种作业,其中大部分在井下一线工作。他们吃苦耐劳,敦厚朴实,安心井下工作,出勤效率高,劳动积极,服从指挥,为发展煤炭工业做出了自己的贡献。但正因为他们是轮换工,同农村的联系更紧密,又有一些和正式工很不相同的特点,从而产生了许多正式工所没有的思想状况和表现,一是严重的临时观念;二是严重的雇佣观念。这两种特殊的思想,引出了种种具体思想和具体表现。给“爱、做、献”活动带来诸多不便因素。 我们对轮换工进行问卷调查和座谈会调查结果表明,有96%的轮换工反映:他们低人一等,难当主人翁。这些人不同程度地存在有自卑感,觉得企业没有给他们一个平等竞争的环境。他们说:同一岗位,同样劳动,两样的待遇,住房、医疗、教育等方面都不一样。医疗,固定工家属看病享受半价,有独生子女
