随着电控技术的发展,轮式装载机的自动化已成为该机种发展的必然趋势之一,而装载机电控技术的广泛应用,对电磁兼容性能的要求也越来越高。同时电磁兼容性的标准已成为西方发达国家限制进口产品的技术壁垒。作为一门综合性学科,电磁兼容技术主要研究的是在同一电磁环境下,如何使各种电气电子设备都能正常工作,将电磁骚扰的后果降到最低,达到共存的兼容状态。结合轮式装载机常见的电磁兼容问题,对轮式装载机的电磁兼容设计进行探讨。
With the development of electronic control technology, the automation of wheel loaders has become one of the inevitable trends in the development of the aircraft. However, the extensive application of electronic control technology for loaders has also raised the demand for electromagnetic compatibility. At the same time, the standards of electromagnetic compatibility have become the technical barriers to the restriction of imported products in the developed western countries. As a comprehensive discipline, the main research of electromagnetic compatibility technology is how to make all kinds of electrical and electronic equipment work normally in the same electromagnetic environment, minimize the consequence of electromagnetic disturbance, and achieve the compatible state of coexistence. Combined with the common electromagnetic compatibility problems of wheel loaders, the electromagnetic compatibility design of wheel loaders is discussed.
