团队脆弱性是组织所面临的一项新研究并不多见,企业界也缺乏对于该问题的认识。本文在明确团队脆弱性本质的基础上,剖析了团队脆弱性内外表现,并进一步提出防范团队脆弱性发生的相关措施。 Team vulnerabilities are rare for a new study faced by an organization. The business community also lacks awareness of the issue. On the basis of clarifying the essence of team vulnerability, this paper analyzes the internal and external performance of team vulnerability and further proposes relevant measures to prevent the occurrence of team vulnerability.
