采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了枇杷花茶中微量元素钙、铁、锰、镁、锌、镍和铜的含量,并对枇杷花茶进行不同浸泡时间和不同浸泡次数微量元素溶出研究。结果表明,枇杷花茶中微量元素丰富,含量顺序为:钙>铁>锰>镁>锌>镍>铜。溶出特性研究表明,钙和镁最易溶出,而铁和锰较不容易溶出,微量元素的溶出量与浸泡时间呈现良好对数关系,单泡微量元素的溶出量与冲泡次数呈负指数关系。研究表明,采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定枇杷花茶中钙、铁等元素含量方法简便、准确、灵敏,适合常规分析;枇杷花茶最佳饮用条件为浸泡时间30 min,浸泡次数为3次。
The contents of trace elements such as calcium, iron, manganese, magnesium, zinc, nickel and copper in loquat flower tea were determined by microwave digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The elution of trace elements from loquat flower tea at different soaking times and different soaking times was studied. The results showed that there were abundant trace elements in the flower of tea loquat, the content order was calcium> iron> manganese> magnesium> zinc> nickel> copper. The results of dissolution showed that calcium and magnesium were the most soluble, while iron and manganese were less likely to elute. There was a good logarithmic relationship between the amount of trace elements and the soaking time. The content of trace elements in single bullet and the number of brewing times showed a negative exponential relationship . The results showed that the method of microwave digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrometry determination of calcium, iron and other elements in loquat flower tea is simple, accurate and sensitive, suitable for routine analysis; the best drinking conditions for tea loquat tea soaking time of 30 min, soaking times of 3 times .
