[目的 ]观察川芎嗪明胶药膜对鸡屈趾肌腱损伤动物模型的影响。 [方法 ]雄鸡趾深屈肌腱损伤后实验组以川芎嗪明胶药膜包绕肌腱 ,对照组腱鞘内注射生理盐水 ,得术后第 7天、 1 4天、 2 8天及 56天的损伤肌腱的动物模型 ,测量趾深屈肌腱的滑动距离。[结果 ]川芎嗪明胶药膜组的肌腱损伤模型组无粘连 ,滑动功能好 ,与生理盐水组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。 [结论 ]川芎嗪明胶药膜具有良好的预防损伤肌腱粘连的作用
[Objective] To observe the effect of ligustrazine gelatin film on the animal model of chicken flexor tendon injury. [Methods] The experimental group was wrapped with ligustrazine gelatin film around the tendon after injury to the deep flexor tendon of the male toe, and the control group was injected with saline in the tendon sheath to obtain the injury on the 7th, 14th, 28th and 56th days after the operation. An animal model of a tendon measures the sliding distance of the deep flexor digitorum tendon. [Results] The tendon injury model group of ligustrazine gelatin group had no adhesion and good sliding function, which was significantly different from that of saline group (P < 0.01). [Conclusion] Ligustrazine gelatin film has a good role in preventing injury of tendon adhesion
