原发性心肌病并不罕见。由于对本病认识不足,常常漏诊或误诊。本院心肾内科1975～1978三年间共诊治原发性心肌病26例,其中7例系家族性发病。现将情况报导于后。
Primary cardiomyopathy is not uncommon. Due to lack of knowledge of the disease, often missed or misdiagnosed. Cardiovascular and Nephrology in our hospital from 1975 to 1978 three were diagnosed with cardiomyopathy in 26 cases, of which 7 cases of familial disease. The situation is reported later.
