Postoperative radiotherapy is an important part of the initial treatment of poorly differentiated gliomas. Accelerated radiotherapy shortens the duration of the full course of treatment to make patients more receptive and offers more options. This article evaluates the efficacy and toxicity of accelerated radiotherapy for differentiated primary glioma.
