目的:观察支气管扩张药舒弗美和组胺HI受体拮抗剂息斯敏伍用治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘(cough rasiance asthms CVA)的临床效果。方法:50例患者早、晚各口服舒弗美1克,晚上口报息斯敏10毫克以观察疗效。结果:50例中显效26例,52％,有效18例,36％,无效6例,12％,总有效率为88％。结论:舒弗美、息斯敏伍用治疗CVA疗效显著,安全,无不良反应。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of bronchodilator schofme and histamine HI receptor antagonist aspirin in the treatment of cough variant asthma CVA. Methods: 50 cases of patients with early and late oral Shufu Mei 1 gram, 10 milligrams in the evening to report the effect of sms. Results: Among 50 cases, 26 cases were markedly effective, 52% effective, 18 effective, 36% effective, 6 ineffective, and 12% effective. The total effective rate was 88%. CONCLUSIONS: Sulvimil and Astemizole are superior, safe and no adverse reactions in the treatment of CVA.
