针对露天矿生产需要,建立了基于挖掘机生产能力最大化目标的单斗-卡车间断工艺采掘带宽度优化模型,并进行了实例研究.根据单斗-卡车工艺端工作面生产特点,建立了挖掘机生产能力与回转角度的函数关系,并给出了挖掘机内外回转角度最优值的求解方法;结合采掘带宽度计算公式可得出实现挖掘机产量最大化的采掘带宽度值.模型采用某露天矿25 m3单斗挖掘机配合172 t矿用自卸卡车的黄土剥离作业条件进行实例研究,验证了模型的可用性和露天矿现采用工艺参数的合理性.
According to the needs of the opencast mine, an optimization model of single-truck-cum-mining process belt width based on maximization of excavator production capacity was established and the case study was carried out.According to the production characteristics of single-bucket-truck end face, Machine productivity and slewing angle, and gives the solution method of the optimal value of inside and outside slew angle of excavator, and the mining belt width value which can realize the excavator output maximization can be obtained by combining the calculation formula of the mining belt width. The case study was carried out on the loess peeling operation of the 25 m3 single-bucket excavator with 172 t mining dump truck, which verified the availability of the model and the rationality of using the process parameters in the open-pit mine.
