Leaders, deputies, members of the committee, members of the expert group, and comrades: As the people throughout the country are full of pride and enthusiasm to welcome the victory of the party’s 16th National Congress, we are here to convene the achievements of modernization and management of national engineering construction enterprise management ( 2002) Recognition and exchange meeting are of great significance. First of all, on behalf of the China Construction Enterprise Management Association, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all the leaders, representatives, members of the committee, and members of the expert group, and to extend our warm congratulations to the award winners in 2002! This meeting was held after China’s accession to the WTO. The main content of the first meeting of the meeting was to commend the winners of the modernization achievements of the national engineering construction enterprises in 2002 and to promote outstanding achievements.
