本文对中吨位柴油机气门推杆的磨损、选材与激光热处理进行了初步的试验和探讨。结果表明,气门推杆磨损形式主要为麻点磨损(既接触疲劳)和热磨损,选用35 ̄#钢作为气门推杆半球头材料进行激光热处理,与常规渗碳件相比,耐磨性提高了5倍以上;成本低11%以上;工艺简便,可以实现精密控制,热处理废品率大大降低;生产柔性好,自动化程度高,劳动强度降低,生产效率很高,具有很大的推广价值。
This article has carried on the preliminary test and the discussion to the wear, the material selection and the laser heat treatment of the middle-tonnage diesel valve lifter. The results show that the main wear form of the valve stem is pitting abrasion (contact fatigue) and thermal wear. 35 ~ # steel is selected as the material of the half-ball of the valve stem for laser heat treatment. Compared with the conventional carburized parts, the wear resistance is improved More than 5 times lower; the cost is lower than 11%; the process is simple, the precision control can be realized, the rejection rate of heat treatment is greatly reduced; the production flexibility is good, the degree of automation is high, the labor intensity is reduced, the production efficiency is high, and the promotion value is great.
