In order to alleviate the harm caused by quinclorac to flue-cured tobacco, pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of quinclorac-degrading bacteria (Bordetella HN36) in different concentrations of quinclorac (0.16 mg / kg) Effects of plant height, leaf length, width, freshness and dry weight, leaf cellulase activity and amino acid content in flue - cured tobacco. The results showed that the introduction of Bordetella HN36 into soil accelerated the degradation of quinclorac in soil and alleviated the inhibitory effect of quinclorac on plant height and leaf growth of flue-cured tobacco, increased the shoot and root of flue-cured tobacco The quality of tobacco leaves in the cellulase activity and amino acid content decreased. The greater the application rate of Bordetella HN36, the better the restoration effect on the cured flue-cured tobacco. Compared with the infected tobacco plants, the plant height of the cured flue-cured tobacco plants treated with 3 × 10 ^ 10 / , Leaf length and leaf width increased by 63.46%, 56.51% and 95.07%, respectively. The fresh and dry weight of above-ground parts increased by 47.24% and 17.65%, while the fresh and dry weight of underground parts increased by 105.60% and 136.84% The enzyme activity and amino acid content decreased by 46.39% and 35.46% respectively. 30 d after transplanting, quinclorac in soil with 3 × 1010 / kg of Bordetella HN36 had basically been degraded to the threshold that does not cause harm to flue-cured tobacco; 60 days after transplanting, HN36 application rate of 3 × 109, 3 × 1010 / kg of soil, quinclorac residue reached undetected level. In conclusion, the application of 3 × 10 ^ 10 / kg Bordetella HN36 in soil was the best for the restoration of flue-cured tobacco and soil contaminated with quinclorac, followed by 3 × 109 / kg and 3 × 108 / kg.
