介绍了扬州第二发电厂在安装西屋公司600 MW 1、2 号机组时,就安装中暴露的高压缸无法就位、润滑油系统设计错误、漏开中压缸内缸疏水孔等问题,通过双方努力,及时解决了问题。对执行西屋公司冲转前发电机定子要做负荷分配的试验要求进行了总结,分析了机组启动后主机润滑油压偏高、密封油系统配置失误的原因和消除措施。指出高压缸轴封漏气大、低压缸汽封间隙大、中压缸分流环处的转子冷却量大是造成汽机经济性差的主要原因。

It is pointed out that the leakage of high pressure cylinder shaft seal is large, the gap of low pressure cylinder seal is large, and the large rotor cooling capacity at the shunt ring of intermediate pressure cylinder is the main reason for the poor economy of turbine.
