The 12th China National Foundry Academic Congress and China Foundry Week 2011 (hereinafter as Congress), sponsored by the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society and organized by the Foundry Institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, was successfully held in Guangzhou from November 14 to 17, 2011. Over 530 representatives attended the event. The theme of this event was “Advanced Foundry Technology & Sustainable Development of Foundry Industry”. The 12th China National Foundry Academic Congress and China Foundry Week 2011 (hereinafter as Congress), sponsored by the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society and organized by the Foundry Institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, was successfully held in Guangzhou from November 14 to 17, 2011.
