采用相溶解度法研究了丹参酮IIA在不同pH和不同摩尔浓度的羟丙基-β-环糊精水溶液中的溶解度及二者的包合常数;采用热力学方法研究了温度对包合反应的影响,计算了包合过程的熵变、焓变及自由能变化;用分子模拟方法进一步证实了该包合物的形成;用红外光谱对固体包合物进行了表征.
The solubility of tanshinone IIA in aqueous solution of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin at different pH and different molar concentrations and the inclusion constants of the two were studied by phase solubility method. The influence of temperature on the inclusion reaction was studied by thermodynamic method. The entropy change, enthalpy change and free energy change of the inclusion process were calculated. The formation of the inclusion complex was further confirmed by molecular simulation. The solid inclusion complexes were characterized by infrared spectroscopy.
