本文根据车轮和道轨相互作用与滚珠轴承中钢珠与套圈相互作用基本相似的特点,采用JP—52接触疲劳试验机来检验钢轨的耐接触疲劳性能。通过对攀钢50kg/m钢轨4组试样相对接触疲劳寿命的测定,指出全长淬火是提高钢轨接触疲劳寿命的有效途径,非金属夹杂物是影响接触疲劳寿命的重要因素。
In this paper, JP-52 contact fatigue testing machine is used to test the contact fatigue resistance of rail based on the interaction between wheel and rail and the interaction between ball and ferrule in ball bearing. By measuring the relative contact fatigue life of 4 sets of specimens of 50 kg / m rail of Panzhihua Iron and Steel, it is pointed out that full length quenching is an effective way to improve the contact fatigue life of rail. Non - metallic inclusion is an important factor affecting the contact fatigue life.
