研究了聚乙烯 (PE) /添加剂膜 (添加剂主要含油酸和铁离子 )在模拟堆肥温度下加速降解性能 .基于降解膜力学性能和粘均分子量的测量以及对过氧化氢物浓度 ([POOH ] )和结晶度的分析 ,探讨了铁离了对膜在堆肥温度下降解性能影响 .在降解过程中 ,含铁离子添加剂的聚乙烯膜降解明显 ;膜中 PE的结晶度变化非常明显 ;[POOH]随降解进行呈S型趋势变化 ,而且在降解初期 ,[POOH ]增长规律比较复杂 ,而不是简单的指数增长
The degradation performance of polyethylene (PE) / additive film (containing oleic acid and ferric ion as main additives) was studied at simulated composting temperature.According to the measurement of mechanical properties and viscosity average molecular weight of degradable film and the determination of the concentration of hydrogen peroxide ([POOH] ) And crystallinity, the effect of iron dissociation on the degradation of membrane at composting temperature was discussed. During degradation, the degradation of polyethylene membrane with iron ion additive was obvious. The change of crystallinity of PE was obvious. [POOH ] With S-type trend with degradation, and in the initial degradation, [POOH] growth is more complicated, rather than a simple exponential growth
