目的:研究养血活血汤对老年性便秘小鼠血清及结肠组织匀浆中NO、MDA、SOD、GSH的影响。方法:取老年性小鼠60只,随机分为正常组、模型对照组、阳性对照组和养血活血汤低、中、高剂量组,阳性对照组灌服麻仁胶囊,养血活血汤组分别予养血活血汤相应的剂量灌胃,其余各组动物灌服等量的生理盐水,给药3周后处死,用ELISA试剂盒检测小鼠血清及结肠组织匀浆中NO、MDA、SOD、GSH的表达水平。结果:与正常组比较,便秘模型小鼠血清及组织匀浆中的NO、MDA水平增高,SOD、GSH水平降低,通过养血活血汤的干预后,治疗组中的NO、MDA、SOD、GSH等各项指标均能够不同程度地趋于正常组水平,同时与模型对照组比较有显著性差异,与麻仁软胶囊组比较无显著性差异。结论:养血活血汤能降低老年性便秘小鼠血清及结肠组织匀浆NO、MDA的表达水平,升高SOD、GSH的表达水平,因此养血活血汤可能是通过调控上述4个氧自由基指标的表达水平来起到治疗老年性便秘的作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Yangxuehuoxue Decoction on NO, MDA, SOD and GSH in serum and colonic homogenate of senile constipation mice. Methods: 60 senile mice were randomly divided into normal group, model control group, positive control group and Yangxuehuoxue Decoction low, medium and high dose groups. The positive control group was fed with Maren capsule and Yangxuehuoxue Decoction group The rats in each group were given the same amount of normal saline. After 3 weeks of administration, they were sacrificed. The levels of NO, MDA and SOD in serum and colon homogenate of mice were detected by ELISA kit , GSH expression levels. Results: Compared with the normal group, NO and MDA levels and SOD and GSH levels in the serum and tissue homogenate of constipation model mice decreased. After the intervention of nourishing blood and activating blood circulation soup, NO, MDA, SOD, GSH And other indicators are able to varying degrees to the level of the normal group, while compared with the model control group were significantly different, and Maren soft capsule group no significant difference. Conclusion: Yangxuehuoxue Decoction can reduce the expression of NO and MDA in the serum and colonic tissues of senile constipation mice and increase the expression of SOD and GSH. Therefore, Yangxuehuoxue Decoction can regulate the above four oxygen free radicals Indicators of the level of expression to play the role of senile constipation.
