目的:对比研究脑肿瘤患者三维脑电地形图(3D)和二维脑电地形图(2D)的变化及临床应用价值。方法:以CT、MRI结果对照,对24例脑肿瘤患者进行3D、2D和常规EEG对比分析。结果:与影像学检查一致、基本一致和不一致者:3D分别为14、5和5例,2D为5、13和6例,EEG为9、9和6例。结论:3D和EEG检查结果与影像学一致率高于2D。2D的根本缺陷是采用平面圆代表立体的大脑,不能准确显示病变与范围
Objective: To compare the changes and clinical value of three-dimensional electroencephalography (3-D) and two-dimensional electroencephalography (2-D) in patients with brain tumors. Methods: CT, MRI results of control, 24 cases of brain tumor patients 3 D, 2 D and conventional EEG comparative analysis. Results: Consistent with the imaging examination, consistent and inconsistent: 3 D were 14,5 and 5 cases, 2 D 5,13 and 6 cases, EEG 9,9 and 6 cases. Conclusion: 3 D and EEG examination results and imaging consistent rate higher than 2 D. 2 D’s fundamental flaw is the use of flat circular representation of three-dimensional brain, can not accurately display the lesions and scope
