长岛县根据海岛水土环境特点和发展需求,通过健全“三大体系”和实施“三权制度”,进一步强化了水土保持监督执法机制,有效地遏制了开发建设项目造成的水土流失,保障了海岛经济和社会的可持续发展。使该县水保无案率达100％,被列为山东省水土保持监督执法试点县。
According to the characteristics and development needs of the island’s soil and water environment, Long Island County further strengthened the soil and water conservation supervision and law enforcement mechanism by improving the “three systems” and implementing the “three-power system,” effectively preventing soil erosion caused by the development and construction projects and ensuring the island Economic and social sustainable development. So that the county innocent rate of 100% of soil and water conservation, was listed as pilot counties in Shandong Province Soil and Water Conservation Law Enforcement.
