无公害农产品生产者对于顾客的关注只是吸引了的新顾客得数量,更看重成长率而忽视了顾客的忠诚度。但是其实顾客的忠诚度在如此竞争激烈的市场制胜的关键,为了帮助无公害农产品提高顾客感知价值,从而提高顾客忠诚,本研究以无公害农产品为研究对象,梳理了顾客感知价值对顾客忠诚的影响等研究进展。
Pollution-free agricultural product producers’ attention to customers is just the amount of new customers they attract. They pay more attention to the growth rate while ignoring customer loyalty. However, in fact, customer loyalty is the key to win in such a competitive market. In order to help non-polluting agricultural products enhance customer perceived value and improve customer loyalty, this research takes non-polluted agricultural products as the research object and combs customer perceived value to customer loyalty Influence and other research progress.
