In late September 1999, the government of Kazakhstan has solved a crucial issue, that is, the method of borrowing abroad has ensured financial stability. The solution to this problem depends on two channels: first, the issuance of bonds in Europe; second, to the international IMF loans. Now one of the two approaches to success is success.
