小组合作学习是一种以学生为中心、以小组合作形式进行语言交际的教学活动,它将社会心理学的合作原理纳入教学之中,强调人际交往对于认知发展的促进功能。在职业院校的英语教学改革实践中,小组合作学习的教学模式符合当前英语教学的实际,在诸多方面有着明显的优势。一方面,它不但有利于学生学习英语的主动性和自我控制能力,而且还可以促进学生间良好的人际合作关系。另一方面,它有助于课堂教学由以教师为中心转向以学生为中心转型,由从以传授知识为重点转向以学生的积极自主参与学习为重点转变。由此可见,加强职业院校英语课堂小组合作教学策略的研究,对于推动我国当前职业院校英语教育教学积极健康发展有着重大意义。本文就英语课堂的小组合作学习的定义和现实意义作了详细的阐述,并结合笔者在江苏盐城机电高等职业技术学校所任教班级的英语教学实际,对小组合作学习的具体实施过程和成果进行了实践性探讨和研究,并总结了在实施过程中的体会和反思,以期对促进当前我国当前职业院校英语教学改革能有所帮助。
Group cooperative learning is a kind of student-centered teaching activity which takes the form of group cooperation to conduct language communication. It integrates the principles of social psychology cooperation into teaching and emphasizes the promotion function of interpersonal communication on cognitive development. In the practice of English teaching reform in vocational colleges, the teaching mode of group cooperative learning accords with the current practice of English teaching and has obvious advantages in many aspects. On the one hand, it not only helps students to learn English initiative and self-control ability, but also can promote good interpersonal relationships between students. On the other hand, it helps to shift classroom teaching from a teacher-centered to a student-centered transformation, shifting from a focus on imparting knowledge to a student-centered active participation in learning. Therefore, it is of great significance to study how to strengthen the co-operation of English classroom teaching strategies in vocational colleges. It is of great significance to promote the active and healthy development of English teaching in vocational schools in our country. This paper elaborates on the definition and practical significance of the group cooperative learning in the English class. Based on the author’s teaching practice of English in the class taught by Yancheng Electromechanical Higher Vocational and Technical School in Jiangsu Province, this paper carries out the concrete implementation process and results of the group cooperative learning Practical discussion and research, and summed up in the implementation process of experience and reflection, with a view to promoting the current current vocational college English teaching reform can be helpful.
